March 4-5, Saint Petersburg hosted the most large-scale vape industry exhibition – Vapexpo – for the first time. The event was organized by Smile-Expo, a leader in organizing exhibitions in European and the CIS countries.
There were two days of dense vapor, tasty e-juices and atmospheric party. Perhaps, one of the maddest program elements was giveaways from MANA. Attendees and organizers will long come back of echoes from the performance: “Do you want MANAAA?”
Traditionally, the exhibition included the drawing of branded mods from partners: Moscow Vape CustΩm Shop. Nikolay Donskih and Mikhail Avrutin obtained unique devices.
Nickvapeteam became kind of a sponsor of vape tricks at Vapexpo SPb: they gave a show on the first exhibition day and on the second day they were judges of the battle won by:
It was not only vape that grooved the program but also: dance show with ballet dancers, beatboxer invited by TRUNK, performance by rapper Rekket and even, for a wonder, illusionist from Blitz, the gold sponsor of the exhibition. The company also rocked the atmosphere with the “Wheel of hardcore”, where attendees should have done the freakiest tasks in order to get desired prizes.
“Freebie that can be earned in blood and sweat,” in such a way one can characterize this incredibly cool and, at the same time, dangerous contest from Happy Vaper and MANA called “Give a slap”. Participants guessed e-liquid flavors and those failed to complete the task were given an enormous, hard-hitting slap… and year's supply of e-juices, by the way.
On the first exhibition day, Alexander Chuprun, a managing partner at GooVape, shared life hacks on DIY e-juices with attendees, and Yuriy Vishnevskiy from Russian E-Liquid Lab showed in practice how to create unique e-liquids at home. One cannot pass over the contribution of Tony Tornado who conducted a coil building workshop, lecture on tricks and managed to win Unlimited Cloud Contest, where Dmitriy Serpionov and Makar Anisimov took the second and third places.
Cloud Contest competition was really heavy, as usual. And it’s no wonder, because besides the prize pool of 40 000 RUB, the winner automatically entered a semifinal of World Series of Vaping, to be held in June at the Moscow exhibition. Nikita Romanyuk became a winner. Dmitriy Krasnyakov took the second place and obtained 20 000 RUB and Ilya Kokorin came in a good third.
DJ Mad Limp and MC Borisvape successfully grooved this event.
